1. Shipping costs Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address and order quantity. The exact shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart during the order process.
2. Shipping countries We currently ship to addresses in Switzerland, Austria and Germany. For international orders please contact us directly.
3. Delivery time
Standard shipping: Delivery usually takes place within 2 to 3 working days after receipt of the order.
Express shipping: Delivery usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of the order.
In the event of increased order volume or unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may be extended.
4. Shipping service provider We use Swiss Post and DHL to ship our products. The choice of shipping service provider is at our own discretion.
5. Shipment tracking After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with an order confirmation and a shipment tracking number with which you can track the status of your delivery.
6. Delivery to Packstations Deliveries to Packstations are possible. Please make sure that the address is correct.
