3. Offer and prices
The offers in our online shop are non-binding. All prices include statutory VAT, but plus shipping costs, which are displayed during the ordering process.
4. Ordering process
The order is placed in the following steps:
1. Select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart.
2. Enter the delivery and billing address.
3. Select the payment method.
4. Check the order and confirm by clicking on "Buy now".
5. Terms of payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or Twint. The purchase price is to be paid immediately after the contract is concluded.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you provided. Delivery times depend on the availability of the products and the shipping method you choose.
7. Right of return
You have the right to return the products within 14 days of receipt. The return conditions are described in detail in our return conditions. A 30-day right of return is not pursued.
8. Warranty

We accept no liability for damage resulting from improper use of the products.
